We will be going on a Field Service to Ghana starting on Sunday, July 15th when we fly out of Dallas. After arriving in Accra, Ghana we will head to Katanga in the Volta Region.
There we are partnering with Samaritan Strategies and will be doing construction at the local school and Bible Clubs with all the kids.
Here are a few pictures that we have received ahead of time just giving us a glimpse of where we will be working and who'll we'll be working with.
The classrooms that you see. We are going to be putting up walls and finishing walls so that the teachers will be able to keep their students focused on the subject.
I think we will also be working on improving and making new benches for them to work and study on.
Please keep us in your prayers as we hope to be a light in the community and show them how much Jesus loves them.
There will be 30 of us so traveling with the large group and making all of our flights will be a good test of faith. Please pray for our safety and strength during the 15 day trip.
Here you can see a group that has been there to help previously. Mercy Ships is hoping to partner with them and be able to form a friendship so that we can continue to help them in the future.
