This month to celebrate Thanksgiving I'm going to be posting everyday telling what I'm thankful for.
Day #18
Today I am thankful for the talent of cooking that I have. I don't say it to boast, but most of it has come as a gift from God. My schooling and experience has refined it, but it comes so natural that I can't take any credit for it.
This August I began my tenth year in the professional kitchen. Two years of half day classes in High School, two years in college, and six in the paid/working world. I don't see myself leaving the food industry any time soon, and it would take a calling from God to move me to a different career.
